Senator Jackson who took office in 2014 for the state of North Carolina Senate, will be invited to speak on matters affecting those within in the community and state. Conversation is encouraged.
Senator Jackson is among a group of law makers fighting to introduce legislation to repeal HB2, which was passed by former governor Pat McCrory which forces people to use the bathroom assigned based on their birth certificate and discriminates against the LGBTQIA community.
